Have Your License and Insurance Ready Before You Book
Renters are required to submit a valid driver's license and proof of auto insurance on the confirmation page directly after completing their booking reservation. Have clear photos or PDFs of both documents on hand so you can finish in one sitting — reservations stay unconfirmed until they are received.

Confirm the Trailer Fits Your Job
Review the specs on our 18ft Equipment Trailer — 14,000 lbs GVWR with 10,780 lbs of usable payload, a 2-5/16" ball coupler, and a 7-pin electrical plug. Make sure your tow vehicle is rated for the load and has the matching hitch and wiring.

Reserve Your Dates Online
Pick your pickup and return dates in our booking system and complete the reservation. Daily, weekly, and monthly rates are shown before you confirm, so there are no surprises.

Submit Your License and Insurance
Immediately after you complete your booking reservation, you land on the confirmation page. Have your valid driver's license and proof of auto insurance ready to upload right there — your reservation is not finalized until both documents are submitted and approved.

Pay the Security Deposit
A $150 refundable security deposit is collected to hold the trailer. It's returned after the trailer comes back in the same condition it left in.

Pick Up and Hook Up
Meet us at 305 W Economy Rd, Morristown, TN 37814 during your scheduled window. We'll walk the trailer with you, verify the coupler and lights, and confirm your straps and chains are secured before you pull out.

Return and Close Out
Bring the trailer back by your scheduled return time, Mon-Sun 7am to 9pm. We do a quick inspection, release your deposit, and you're done. Need more time? Call 423-273-7161 before your return window to extend.
